This Payment Policy applies to consumers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, billing procedures, and security measures applied when purchasing products from Pandora Prod SRL (“Company”) via www.pandora-factory.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
• Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. Currency and VAT

All prices are displayed in RON. Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by Romanian and EU law, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees if you pay in a different currency.

3. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized at checkout.

We reserve the right to verify payments and to suspend shipment pending fraud checks or additional verification. Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation and full refund.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

• The order will not be processed
• No contract of sale is formed

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

7. Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Providing false or incomplete data may result in order cancellation.

8. Invoices

An electronic invoice will be issued after successful payment and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct invoicing details.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–14 business days after approval.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of the transaction, shipment, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve any issue before opening a dispute.

11. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price and issue a full refund if payment has been completed.
