These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.pandora-factory.com and the purchase of products from Pandora Prod SRL ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and to limit quantities per customer or order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in RON and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. The sales contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation email.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the European Economic Area. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Consumer when the Goods are physically delivered to the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Detailed procedures and conditions are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer may be refused or partially refunded due to diminished value.

9. Legal Warranty

All products benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the circumstances.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your password.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, commit fraud, or use false information when placing an order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pandora Prod SRL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the use of the Website or the purchase or use of the Goods.

We shall not be liable for minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance resulting from screen display differences or normal manufacturing tolerances, nor for damage caused by improper use, washing, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any Contract shall not exceed the amount paid for the Goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products liability, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.

If you are a Consumer residing in another EU Member State or in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your place of residence.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
